CONFIRMATION

On Sunday, 19th February, at the Parish Eucharist at 10.00 am, the Bishop of Selby, The Right Reverend Martin Wallace, will be confirming 14 candidates into full church membership.

 

SHROVE TUESDAY - PATE and PANCAKE LUNCH

On Tuesday, 21st February, the Fellowship Group are holding their annual Pate and Pancake lunch in aid of Marie Cure Cancer Care.   It will be in the Hall from 11.45 am - 1.45 pm.

 

'HILARIOUS LIVING' - celebrating God's generosity

As we journey through Lent together we are encouraged to deepen our response to God’s great love for us, and to fast from frowning!     Our Lent course offers an easy and fun way to unlock Christian generosity and is based on St Paul’s famous phrase “God loves a (literally) hilarious giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7).
The course takes place in the Hall on Wednesday's during Lent (starting 29th February) from 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm.   A bread and soup lunch will be available from 1.15 pm.
